A Hamas terrorist planning to conduct a terrorist attack was arrested by Border Police in Jerusalem on Thursday.
The terrorist, from Ramallah, was arrested while attempting to acquire weaponry for the planned attack and was transferred for further questioning by the Shin Bet.
