Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke with Paraguay president-elect Santiago Peña on Tuesday evening to congratulate him on his election victory.
The two expressed their commitment to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries. Netanyahu further congratulated Peña on his intention to move the Paraguayan embassy in Israel to Jerusalem.
