Moldovan President Maia Sandu said on Wednesday that the European Political Community summit hosted by her country next to Ukraine sent a European message of commitment to peace and condemnation of Russia's invasion.
At a joint news conference with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, Sandu said Moldova belonged inside the European Union and that Thursday's summit was an important day for Chisinau and Europe.
