An 11-year-old boy was attacked with pepper spray and stabbed in Jerusalem on Saturday night, according to Israel Police.
Jerusalem District Polie located and arrested two Jerusalem residents that evening on suspicion of having carried out the attack - one 18-year-old and one 23-year-old.
The 23-year-old was in possession of pepper spray at the time of his arrest.
