A return to negotiations on Israel's controversial judicial reform will only happen if the government agrees to an 18-month freeze on all related legislation, opposition leader Yair Lapid said Sunday, Israeli media reported.
He added that it would still be possible to pass laws related to judicial review and checks and balances, but only by a two-thirds majority vote.
