A police investigation was opened on Wednesday morning following a report of an explosion in Tel Aviv on Tuesday night, according to an Israel Police statement.
The explosion occurred in a building on Levi Eshkol Street, in the north of the city.
No injuries have been reported and the police believe the incident was criminal in nature.
