In a joint operation, the IDF, Counterterrorism Unit, Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) and security forces arrested a man in Tulkarm suspected of participating in a terror act, the organizations said in a statement.
He was arrested by Counterterrorism Unit officers at a businesses in the city.
During the arrest, shots were fired at a military vehicle.
The man was transferred for further questioning.
