Jerusalem SWAT teams and undercover Border Police officers arrested two terrorist residents of Shuafat last month on suspicion of planning to carry out an attack after conspiring with a terrorist organization, according to Israeli media.
Working under the direction of the Shin Bet, the investigation found that the two terrorists, who were both in their twenties, conspired with a terrorist organization from the West Bank and were building an explosives lab in east Jerusalem.
