Israel Police respond to reports of explosive device in Kfar Yona

Police located an explosive device in an open area in Kfar Yona and is being tested by a forensics team, according to a statement by Israel Police.

An investigation was launched following a report received about sounds of explosions heard in Kfar Yona. Police arrived at the scene to find no damage or causalities, but the remains of an item.

Police believe the incident is criminal and is under investigation.
