Acting Police Commissioner Kobi Yaakobi announced his intention to worsen conditions for convicted terrorists on Wednesday.
He also announced that he plans to subject senior officers and officials within the police to polygraph tests.
These announcements came out on his first day on the job, in his first official staff meeting.
