Russia says NATO is preparing allies for conflict with Moscow

NATO activity in Eastern Europe and the Black Sea area is aimed at preparing its allies for conflict with Moscow, which creates additional risks for Russia's security, the RIA news agency cited Russia's foreign ministry as saying on Thursday.

The ministry was commenting on Romania's plans to expand a military airbase in Constanta.
