A fire broke out in the Haifa area on Wednesday, and police are working to evacuate residents in the Romema neighborhood, the Israel Police said.
Additionally, firefighting teams were deployed and are working to extinguish the flames near the first line of homes.
Israeli public broadcaster KAN reported that firefighters achieved control over the fire, and firefighters are continuing to extinguish the fire.
