Interior Minister Aryeh Deri was announced on Sunday afternoon to be heading a new Knesset committee on internal affairs, planning and local authorities. Other members of the committee include: Finance Minister Israel Katz, Construction and Housing Minister Ya'acov Litzman, Environmental Protection Minister Gila Gamliel, and Transportation Minister Miri Regev.
