An Australian magistrate ordered radio host Darryn Hinch, 67, to serve five months of house arrest for naming two serial sex offenders on the air, a breach of serious sex offender laws in Australia, the Herald Sun reported Thursday. Hinch was participating in a campaign to end the legal suppression of the names of sex offenders in the country.On of Hinch's supportes, a victims of crime advocate, said "Derryn has been gagged for five months and in a way I suppose in a way we're all in home detention with him," the Herald Sun reported.
