Bahrain accuses activists of attempts to overthrow gov't

Bahrain's military prosecutor accused 21 political activists of trying to overthrow the regime in a continuous crackdown amid pro-reform revolts by the country's Shiite majority, AP reported on Sunday.
The cases were sent Sunday to a security court set up under martial law in Bahrain.
Fourteen members of the group were being held in custody, among them several prominent Shiite political figures. The others are expected to be charged in absentia.
