Ban Ki-Moon condemns Paris terror attacks

NEW YORK- In a statement delivered by his spokesperson, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon condemned the attacks in Paris, which he called "despicable" and said he stands with the government and the people of France.
Ban also demanded the immediate release of the hostages held in the Bataclan concert hall and added that he trusts that "the French authorities will do all in their power to bring the perpetrators to justice quickly."
The Secretary-General  also extended his deepest condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to those injured.
