Defense Minister MK Ehud Barak (Labor) released a statement Sunday evening in response to the arrest of alleged Jewish terrorist Yaakov Teitel. "I congratulate the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) and security forces on solving these crimes," the statement said. Barak called the arrest "an important achievement in the fight for democracy that will bring about justice. Without generalizing, we as a society can not allow individuals and delusional elements to set the national agenda."
