Barak visits with combat soldiers in W. Bank

Defense Minister Ehud Barak visited and spoke to combat soldiers from the Menashe Brigade in the IDF's West Bank Division on Tuesday.

Speaking to the soldiers, Barack praised their "important, hard work" in keeping the country safe. He told them that their systematic actions protecting the fence, struggling day and night following up on every movement help to create a security situation that did not exist before. He said that this is important because "good fences make good neighbors."

The defense minister thanked the soldiers for their actions, and told them that people "trust them and expect them to continue doing their jobs with responsibility and professionalism."
