Ben-Beset: Social recommendations limited if not budgeted

Former Finance Ministry director-general Prof. Avi Ben-Beset said on Thursday that Manuel Trajtenberg's socioeconomic committee's suggested solutions to social and economic problems could be very limited if it is not allowed to exceed the current budget.
He added that it would be possible to increase the state's expenditures if capital taxes are raised at the same time.
