Judge Leora Frenkel ruled that Itai-Ben Dror be returned to a mental hospital for another day for continued observation of his mental condition on Tuesday.
The Ramle Magistrate's Court granted Ben-Dror's defense lawyer's request yesterday that his client be psychologically evaluated to determine if he is fit enough to be imprisoned.
