The Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies (BESA) issued a statement on Monday, praising Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper's support of Israel in his speech last week at an anti-Semitism conference in Ottawa.The group called Harper "the finest global spokesman for a more virtuous world" and welcomed his support at a time when "Israelis feel very much isolated in todays world community."
