A bill proposal to add women to the committee that appoints judges to rabbinical courts passed the second and third reading at the Knesset at 4 a.m. on Tuesday.The bill, proposed by MKs Shuli Muallem (Bayit Yehudi), Aliza Lavie (Yesh Atid) and MK Zehava Gal-On (Meretz) would require the committee to have at least four women."The new bill fixes the existing twisted reality, in which only men decide on issues that affects mainly women's lives," Gal-On said.
