A Tel Aviv court will on Thursday indict a 29-year-old Bnei Brak resident on charges of attempting to sexually assault a minor, kidnapping and false imprisonment. The charges allege that the suspect followed a six-year-old girl home to her apartment in Bnei Brak and attempted to assault her in the building's elevator. The girl reportedly began to scream and her father rushed to the scene, where he held the suspect until police arrived. The suspect will also face charges of violating a court order that he stay out of close proximity of minors. Police say the man confessed to the charges during questioning.
