Bomb injures 11 Kurds in Turkey post-election celebrations

DIYARBAKIR, Turkey - A percussion bomb exploded in southeast Turkey late on Sunday, injuring 11 people celebrating the victory of Kurdish candidates in the parliamentary election, security and hospital officials said.
The explosion occurred around 11 p.m. (2000 GMT) on Sunday in the province of Sirnak, near the Iraqi border. The casualties were being treated at a nearby hospital.
