Brothers connected to Abergil family indicted for alleged crimes in South

Two associates of the Abergil crime ring were indicted in the Beersheba District Court on Friday. The two, brothers David and Yair Megidish, were accused of 13 offenses, among them running a crime syndicate in the South, money laundering, extortion, violence, tax violations, fraud, deception and running illegal casinos. The two allegedly used straw companies to cover up their activities, which were carried out mostly in Kiryat Gat and Ashkelon.
