A car bomb exploded overnight Monday in Rishpon, a moshav near Herzliya, Israel Radio reported.No injuries were reported. The car allegedly belonged to a businessman and leading supporter of Hapoel Tel Aviv who resides in Rishpon.According to the report, police said the incident was criminally motivated, but the circumstances regarding the blast remained unclear.
