Car runs over, kills 4-year-old Kfar Kassem boy

A four-year-old boy from Kfar Kassem was run over and killed outside the municipal building in the town Tuesday morning. Magen David Adom paramedics brought the boy to a local clinic with no signs of life, from which he was transferred to Beilinson Medical Center in Petah Tikva.
The driver, suspected of killing the boy, arrived at the hospital. Police detained him for questioning.
