Code Red sirens went off in the Eshkol Regional Council as rocket fire continues despite reports that Palestinians factions in Cairo have accepted a cease-fire. Reports stated that Hamas in Cairo awaited Israel's response to the cease-fire proposal. Israel has not responded on the matter.
