Committee formed to draft 'V15 bill'

A new joint panel of Knesset House Committee and Knesset Constitution, Law and Justice Committee members was formed Tuesday to work on the anti-SuperPAC bill nicknamed the "V15 bill."
House Committee chairman Yoav Kisch (Likud), who proposed the bill, will head the joint committee. The bill states that organizations "active in elections" will have the same strict financial limitations as political parties.
The proposal was inspired by V15, a get out the vote organization that campaigned specifically against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu
