A contractor from Danya Cebus, the company in charge of the building which collapsed in Tel Aviv over 30 hours ago, killing at least three people, has been arrested on Tuesday and put under house arrest by police. An initial report by Economy Ministry safety administration revealed that the construction company building the lot had a history of violations.
