Coronavirus center: Infection rates may rise within two weeks

The drop in infection rates recorded since the national lockdown began may be slowing or even stopping, which may lead to a rise in infection rates within the next two weeks, according to a Sunday morning update by the Coronavirus National Information and Knowledge Center.
The government is currently planning to lift more lockdown restrictions within the next week if infection rates continue to drop.
Despite the concerns, the weekly average of new patients in serious condition and deaths continues to drop.
The report additionally warned that children infected with the virus may experience complications later on, even after recovering from the virus. It is still unclear how prevalent such complications are, added the Center.
