The conditions of two pregnant women who tested positive for COVID-19 and were transferred to Beilinson last week have worsened, the hospital has announced. Both women have been connected to ECMO machines to aid their breathing, due to their worsening conditions, according to Beilison's Dr. Ilya Kagan, who heads the hospital's coronavirus emergency ward. "Their condition is very serious and is not stable at all," Kagan added. They will remain connected to the ECMO machines "until they get better."
