3,550 new cases of the novel coronavirus were reported in Israel on Wednesday, with 639 patients in serious condition, according to a Thursday morning update by the Health Ministry.
3.65% of tests returned positive.
Of those infected, 219 were on ventilators. The death toll stood at 7,734.
3,326,167 Israelis had received the third dose of the coronavirus vaccine as of Thursday morning.
