There were 5,312 new coronavirus cases in Israel in the past day the Health Ministry announced Thursday evening.
The Health Ministry also announced they conducted 101,338 tests - around 5.44% of tests returned a positive result.
Some 666 current patients are in serious condition, with 104 intubated. The death toll is 6,782.
