636 new cases of the novel coronavirus were reported in Israel on Monday, with 117 patients in serious condition, according to a Tuesday morning update by the Health Ministry.
Of those infected, 69 were on ventilators. The death toll stood at 8,195.
4,078,395 Israelis had received the third dose of the coronavirus vaccine as of Tuesday morning.
