Some 6,467 new cases of the novel coronavirus were reported in Israel on Sunday, with 670 patients in serious condition, according to a Monday morning update by the Health Ministry.
Some 6.31% of tests returned positive.
Of those infected, 108 were on ventilators. The death toll stood at 6,830.
Some 1,482,503 Israelis had received the third dose of the coronavirus vaccine as of Monday morning.
