Rishon Lezion Magistrate's Court on Monday extended by three days the remand of Kiryat Malachi Mayor Moti Malka, suspected of major fraud and repeatedly raping a woman who worked at his municipality.Malka claims sexual relations were held with consent and denies the suspicions.
