Some of the massive conglomerate Strauss Group’s dairy chocolate products are not chocolaty enough, ruled a Haifa District Court on Sunday.Or, more accurately, at the very least the court ruled that the dairy products were not chocolaty enough to be labelled as chocolate products, without the qualifying phrase chocolate “flavored.”The decision came out of a compromise settlement from two class action cases against Strauss filed under the names of Nadav Avidor and Edward Gerber.
