Court: State must set enforce demolition of illegal Arab buildings

The Supreme Court of Justice on Wednesday instructed the state to enforce demolition orders that had been issued for unauthorized buildings in two Palestinian villages near Nablus. Following an appeal filed by the Regavim movement, the court ruled that the state must set a tmie frame for executing the demolition. In a hearing last week, the judges criticized the state's "imbalanced" conduct towards unauthorized structures built by Palestinians.
