DA suing 3 convicted of stealing IDF gas for NIS 1m.

The Southern District Attorney's Office announced on Monday that it is suing in civil court three defendants convicted and sentenced to prison terms for stealing gasoline from IDF bases.
The district attorney filed a NIS 1 million civil lawsuit in the Kiryat Gat Magistrate's Court against the three men, who were convicted in a criminal trial last July and sentenced to various prison terms and fines.

According to the criminal indictment, between 2009 and 2011, Baruch Kadosh, Ilan Kadosh and Morris Barbi, all from Beersheba, broke into IDF bases and stole 'Pazomat' computerized fueling devices from a total of 15 different army vehicles.
