Defense Minister Liberman: Abbas is the problem

Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman called out Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas on his Twitter account on Wednesday, saying "Abbas is the problem."

Liberman criticized Abbas's decision earlier this month to cut salaries from PA workers in Gaza, while the PA continues to "pay 100 million NIS a month in salaries to terrorists and murderers."

"The bill we [the Knesset] have initiated and approved in the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee gives a clear cut message: no more," Liberman concluded, referring to the new anti-pay-for-slay bill which is moving forward in the Knesset.
