The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine released a statement blaming Israel for the escalation in violence along the border with Gaza.
The statement, which came after the IDF struck a cell belonging to the terror group, called on its members "to respond to the Israeli crimes."
The group also called on the international community to intervene "in order to protect defenseless citizens [in Gaza]."
