Did Netanyahu leak classified information during the last Gaza war?

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu may have leaked a classified assessment of what would happen if the IDF reoccupied Gaza during Operation Protective Edge in 2014, according to a report from Israel's Channel 13 News to be aired Monday. The report says that Benny Gantz, IDF chief-of-staff at the time, believed Netanyahu to be the source of the leak.

In an interview, Education Minister Naftali Bennet said that the assessment was leaked during the course of the war in order to silence MK Avigdor Lieberman, who was calling for a tough response to Hamas.

Gantz denied that he knew who the source of the leak was.
