Document: ICC will not investigate Israel's 2010 Turkish flotilla raid

AMSTERDAM - Prosecutors at the International Criminal Court have decided not to investigate Israel's 2010 raid on a Turkish aid flotilla that was trying to break the blockade of Gaza, according to a court filing seen by Reuters on Wednesday.
Nine Turkish activists were killed when Israeli forces raided the flotilla of vessels carrying humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.
Prosecutors found that while there was a "reasonable basis" to believe Israeli soldiers had committed war crimes during the raid, the crimes in question were not of sufficient gravity to fall under the court's jurisdiction.
