'Don't take law into your own hands,' Netanyahu warns Israeli Druse

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned Druse citizens of Israel on Tuesday against “taking the law into their own hands” after the violent attack on an IDF ambulance carrying wounded Syrians left one dead and a number of others - including IDF soldiers - injured.
“I view this incident with great gravity,” the premier said. “We will not allow anyone to take the law into their own hands, and we will not allow anyone to disrupt IDF soldiers from carrying out their mission.”
Netanyahu vowed that authorities “will track down those who carried out the lynch and we will prosecute them to the full extent of the law.”
“We are a country of laws,” the prime minister said. “We are not part of the anarchy that is spreading all around us [in the Middle East].”
