Dozens protest light rail construction in Jerusalem, several arrests made

Two rioters were arrested by police and three received fines for violating lockdown restrictions in Jerusalem's Bar-Ilan intersection on Monday, police reported.
The individuals were protesting light rail construction work being done in the area, often late at night in order to avoid traffic.
Other protesters reportedly blocked the intersection for several hours, caused damage to property and threw rocks at police officers.
Police have managed to restore public order and allow construction to continue.
