Health Minister Yuli Edelstein stated that it was 'no secret' that 50% of coronavirus infections in Israel occurred in the Haredi and Arab sectors, during a Knesset committee meeting concerning allowing prayer services at synagogues. 'This isn't a condescending or discriminatory statement, this is a red flag for the state,' said Edelstein.
