Egypt detains 7 suspects over February terror attack in Cairo

The Egyptian Interior Ministry on Saturday said it has arrested seven people from an al-Qaida-linked group that carried out an attack in February on a famed Cairo bazaar, killing a French teenager.
In a statement released Saturday, the ministry identified the group as the Palestinian Islamic Army.
The group is led by two Egyptians who have yet to caught, and they received their orders from the Gaza Strip, added the statement.
The arrested include 2 Palestinians, 2 Egyptians, a British-Egyptian, a Belgian-Tunisian and a French-Albanian.
