Egypt disbands 112 NGO's associated with outlawed Muslim Brotherhood

The Egyptian government has officially disbanded some 112 non-government organizations it says are affiliated with the now outlawed Muslim Brotherhood, Daily News Egypt reported on Sunday.
Using the initial court decision that banned the Muslim Brotherhood as precedent, Egypt's Ministry of Social Solidarity took the opportunity to consolidate the power of the current government, led by general turned president Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.
In an official statement, the Social Solidarity Minister had this to say: “the decision comes in accordance with the court order that banned the Muslim Brotherhood and consequently ordered the banning of activities and confiscating properties of organizations affiliated with the group”.
