Egypt drafts prisoner exchange agreement for Israel, Gaza - Report

Egyptian chief of Intelligence Abbas Kamel has drafted a prisoner exchange agreement between Israel and Gaza, Arabic media reported on Sunday night.This agreement, should it be met, will lead to the easing of Egypt's relationship with the Gaza Strip.
